CLUB DISCOUNT & ORDERING

Wildcat offers a great club discount program. The way our program works is simple, we offer our club purchase plan to any club on orders of five (5) cases or more. For orders of thirty (30) cases or more you get our wholesale club prices which is an additional 5% discount.  Prices subject to change with out notice.

Wildcat believes in supporting the local hobby shop so the way our program works is as follows:

1) Select the fuels you are interested from our web site. Wildcat Shirts, and Cleaner is also available for club discounts.

2) Call to obtain pricing and a shipping quote. By calling we can provide you with the lowest possible shipping cost by matching your area with one of four carriers we use. Please call us at 1-888-815-7575 toll free from 9-5 EST, Monday - Friday.

3) If you have a local hobby shop we ask that you give the local shop the opportunity to serve you by placing your club order for Wildcat through them, simply give the shop our phone number and have them call us, we will take care of the details for you. If there is a dealer (hobby shop) within a 50 mile diameter, your club order will go through that dealer. This will not change your price in any way, but will foster a good relationship between the club and the dealer.  This will also give us a great place to ship your fuel for easy pick-up. If the dealer refuses to serve you then Wildcat will happily fill the order direct. It is our business to serve you our customer.

4) Club orders that are filled direct must be shipped to a business address.

5) Wildcat does not publish our club prices on the internet for security reasons. Please gives us a call and allow us the opportunity to serve you, I am certain you will find our prices well worth the call!
